Dr Emma A Hernandez BSc, DMD, MAGD, FICOI
Referred to as Dr.H in the clinic Graduated from University of the East College of Dentistry, Philippines, Class ’83. She received her National Dental Examining Board License year 1993.
She holds a Fellowship with International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI), Master with Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and an active member of various dental organization, Canadian Dental Organization (CDA), Ontario Dental Association (ODA), American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), International Association of Orthodontics (IAO).
Dr Hernandez is a graduate and member of Kois Center, Master Clinician graduate in Implant Dentistry at the Global Institute for Dental Education (GIDE). She pursued and had taken numerous courses that honed her overall clinical skills in dentistry.

Dr. Rosemarie Sia
Referred to Dr Sia in the clinic Graduated from University of the East College of Dentistry in 1991 in the Philippines. She obtained her dentistry license in Canada through the NDEB accreditation process.
She has a passion for creating beautiful smiles that is why she obtained her Certificate of Proficiency in Orthodontics from University of the Philippines College of Dentistry in 1997. She was in the dental practice for more than 20 years before moving to Canada in 2012.
In her spare time, she loves to cook for her family, watch movies and create arts and crafts with her daughter. She also loves to travel to different places.
Dr. Yelda Rawofi
Referred to as Dr Yelda in the clinic is a highly qualified dentist who completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Toronto in 2018. Her commitment to excellence in dentistry has earned her recognition and respect in the field. She is an active member in good standing with both the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) and the Ontario Dental Association (ODA).
Dr. Rawofi is known for her gentle and compassionate demeanor. She understands that visiting the dentist can be an anxiety-inducing experience for some, and she strives to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in her practice. With her caring approach, she ensures that each patient feels relaxed and at ease during their dental appointments. For patients who experience dental anxiety or require complex procedures, Dr. Rawofi offers conscious sedation using Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas).
Outside of her dental practice, Dr. Rawofi enjoys a well-rounded life. She values spending quality time with her family and is an avid traveler, always seeking new adventures. When not exploring new destinations, you can often find her hiking through the beautiful trails of Ontario’s natural landscapes or expressing her creativity through painting.
Dr. Alina Nanada
Referred to as Dr Alina graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry. She is currently a member of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, The Canadian Dental Association, The Ontario Dental Association and the Alberta dental Association. Dr. Nanda thoroughly enjoys all aspects of dentistry, from aesthetic dental procedures, fillings, root canals, extractions to crown/bridge procedures.
Dr. Nanda ensures her patients are comfortable and customizes their treatment to fit their needs. Outside her passion for dentistry, Dr. Nanda enjoys travelling, going on hikes and spending time with her family and her dog.

My name is Rosie Mandziouk and you must be thinking … such a foreign last name… where am I from? I am from an amazing country by the name of Ukraine! I was born there originally and migrated to live in Canada back in 1997.
I have lived in Canada for 26 years now and built a successful life here with my family. My family consists of my wonderful husband and 3 boys! I am fluent in Ukraine language & have carried the language throughout my children & lifestyle habits.
My lifestyle habits consist of being a Mom, spending time with my family going fishing, going to the park, swimming and skating! I also read Romance novels in my free time & take dance classes! My true lifestyle habit is my passion for Dentistry.
I joined Dentistry on the Q back in 2011 after graduating from George Brown College studying as a Dental Receptionist. Over the years, I expanded my passion and attended CDI College and graduated as a Dental Assistant. I have assisted the ins and outs of multiple dentists and highly knowledgeable in all your oral needs…. So much so that they call me Dr. Rosie haha!
Working at Dentistry on the Q is an absolute blessing to me & I am so thankful to the wonderful team members that I work with each day. I hope I can have the pleasure one day to assist you & maybe even teach you some Ukraine.
Reynadel Quiambao
Dental Assistant
Presently working as a Level 2 Dental Assistant at Dentistry on the Q Reyadel Quiambao is a NDAEB certified. She is also HARP certified and a Member of ODAA.
I have over 20 years experience. Previously working at Specialty Orthodontics for 15 years.
As a dental assistant I enjoy talking to patients in a friendly way to calm and reduce the anxiety felt by them. This not only helps the patient feel more comfortable, but it also helps build trust and establish a positive experience in Dentistry.
When I am not enjoying the wonderful word of dentistry I enjoys travelling, watching movies , walking in the park.
Yanessa Carballo

Presently working as a level 2 Dental Assistant at Dentistry on the Q. Yanessa is HARP certified and has received her certification for Intra Oral level 1 and 2 Dental Assistant and is a member of the ODAA
Yanessa graduated from Anderson College and has 8 months experience as a Dental Assistant at Dentistry On The Q. As a Dental Assistant one of her main priorities is that the patient feels confident and leaves with a positive experience.
In Yanessa’s free time she likes to spend time with her family, traveling and eating good food.

Ornela Musaraj

Ornela was born in Albania, she migrated to Canada when she was 5 years old.
Ornela graduated from Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries in 2013.
Ornela is very passionate about her carrier she is always taking courses to upgrade her skills and knowledge in order to provide the best possible care to her patients.
She loves to take her time to educate her patients and give them little tips and tricks in order to reach their hygiene goal.
In her spare time, she loves to stay active, travel and explore new recipes with her daughter Rosalina.
Christine Thabet

I started my dental career as a dental receptionist in 2005. I loved the patient interaction and the dynamics of the dental office. At this time, I was enrolled in a Level II Dental Assisting program at George Brown college. Halfway through I got into hygiene school and decided this was where I wanted to be. I registered at Yorkville University Dental Hygienist program from which I graduated in 2008.
I’ve been passionate about helping my patients prevent dental emergencies, helping them get on a hygiene schedule that is geared only for them and their needs and educating them about their oral health and how to achieve optimal overall health. I pride myself on making my patients feel comfortable, well taken care of and confident. I am an active member of CDHO and CDHA and I am authorized as a self-initiated dental hygienist.
In my spare time, I love to be around my family and friends. I love being active at the gym and work on home improvement projects.

Dr. Tina Kokosis – Prosthodontist
Dr. Tina Kokosis began her dentistry training at the University of Western Ontario in London, where she graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery. She received a Master of Science in Periodontics after spending three years at Columbia University in New York City and training with some of Manhattans most accomplished Periodontists. She also worked with many underprivileged individuals restoring oral comfort and function with effective treatment of their gum diseases and the placement of dental implants.
In addition to her private practice Dr Kokosis is a part-time clinical instructor at the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto.
A native Torontonian, she is currently the only Periodontist fluent in Greek language practicing in the city.
